  3. What changes, and what doesn’t

Short answer

In EventTix, open Settings, choose a language under Customer language and click Save settings. Ticket emails, reminders, ticket pages, PDFs, waitlist pages and the attendee form then use that language.

  1. Choose the language

Open Settings and find Customer language. Pick one in Language of tickets and customer pages:

    • English, Deutsch, Français, Nederlands, Italiano, Español, Português (Brasil), Português (Portugal), 日本語, Čeština, Slovenčina, Slovenščina, Magyar, Български, Українська, Eesti, Latviešu, Lietuvių or العربية

Arabic pages and emails are laid out right to left.

  2. Save

Click Save settings. Tickets sent from now on use the new language. Send yourself a test ticket from an event page to check it.

What changes, and what doesn’t

  • Translated: ticket emails, reminders, the ticket page and PDF, waitlist emails and pages, the attendee details form and the check-in screen.
  • Not translated: text you write yourself, such as the event title, description and your questions. Write those in the language you want guests to see.
  • Guests can switch the language at the bottom of their ticket page.
